Meet Coach Kris Robertson
Kris Robertson is a former CFL draft pick turned elite strength and conditioning coach.
With years of experience training the Toronto Argonauts, Raptors 905, and athletes across football, hockey, and soccer, he combines real-world performance with cutting-edge sports science.
His mission: to help every athlete and individual unlock their full potential.

Meet Coach Andre Hudson
A certified Strength and Conditioning Coach with over 13 years of experience developing athletes and performance-focused individuals. His work spans youth, high school, and university-level athletes, with a focus on building strength, power, speed, and long-term durability.
He has worked with a wide range of clients from competitive athletes pursuing collegiate pathways to busy professionals looking to improve strength, body composition, and overall health. Across private, small group, and team environments, his approach remains consistent: structured, progressive, and results-driven.
Coach Andre most currently served in a University Strength and Conditioning role supporting both men’s and women’s basketball programs, and has led performance development within prep-level environments. He is a Lead trainer at Blueprint Solutions.

Meet Coach Ewen Curry
Born and raised in East York, Toronto, Ewen grew up immersed in sport, competing in rugby, hockey, baseball, and lacrosse. He went on to pursue both academics and athletics at the University of Guelph, where he earned a BSc in Human Kinetics while playing five seasons with the Varsity Rugby team.
During his undergraduate studies, Ewen spent two years assisting with strength and conditioning for multiple varsity teams, gaining valuable hands-on coaching experience and learning directly from experienced high-performance practitioners. Following graduation, he completed internships with University of Guelph Rugby and Rugby Canada’s U18 program, while also coaching athletes and general population clients in private settings.
Ewen’s coaching approach is built around developing athletic performance through strong movement foundations, sport-specific skill development, and long-term training strategies that are both safe and sustainable.
