 This program is specifically designed for grassroots athletes and focuses on developing movement skills, coordination, and overall athletic performance in a fun, structured, and engaging environment.

Total Sessions: 10
Package Rate: $225 + HST
Location: The Village Centre (Ajax)
Schedule: Thursdays & Fridays – 5:00 PM
Session Duration: 45 minutes

What age group is this program for?

This program is designed for grassroots athletes, typically ages 8–12, who are looking to improve their movement skills and athletic foundation.

What does a typical session look like?

Each 45-minute session includes a dynamic warm-up, speed and agility drills, coordination work, and fun, game-based activities to apply what they’ve learned.

Do athletes need prior training experience?

No experience is required. The program is designed to teach fundamentals in a fun and supportive environment.

What should my child bring?

Athletes should bring athletic clothing, running shoes or cleats (if on turf), and a water bottle.

Is this sport-specific or general athletic training?

While many athletes play soccer, the program focuses on general athletic development—speed, coordination, and movement skills that transfer to all sports.

How will this help my child in games?

Athletes will improve their ability to run faster, change direction, and react quicker, which directly impacts their performance during games.

Is it safe for younger athletes?

Yes. All training is age-appropriate and focuses on proper movement mechanics, coordination, and injury prevention.

What happens if we miss a session?

It is a 10 class pass that can be used at any point over the next 12 months.
