ABOUT THE FOUNDER OF BLUEPRINT HQ

Every champion has a beginning...
For Kris Robertson, it started at Concordia University, where his speed, discipline, and relentless work ethic made him one of the most respected defensive backs in Canadian university football. His performance on the field earned him a place in the CFL Draft, where he was selected by the Winnipeg Blue Bombers a testament to years of dedication and drive.
But Kris’s story was never just about making it to the pros. It was about what comes after. It was about growth, resilience, and building a legacy bigger than the game itself. When football tested him with challenges, Kris didn’t stop, he adapted...
He shifted his focus from being the athlete to understanding what makes athletes truly great. He immersed himself in sports science, strength and conditioning, and performance psychology. He studied, researched, and learned from the best minds in the field, determined to master every angle of human performance. And to this day, he continues his education, constantly upgrading his knowledge to ensure his athletes get the very best of both science and experience.
That pursuit of excellence has carried him to the next chapter: founder of Blue Print HQ. Here, Kris brings together everything he’s learned on the field, in the classroom, and through years of coaching, to create training systems that are proven, precise, and powerful.
Today, he trains elite organizations like the Toronto Argonauts and Raptors 905, as well as athletes across football, hockey, and soccer. Whether it’s professionals at the highest level or youth athletes chasing their dreams, Kris’s mission is the same: to build not just strong bodies, but strong mindsets. To prepare athletes not just for the next game, but for the long journey ahead.
Because Kris knows success isn’t about avoiding obstacles, it’s about building the strength to rise above them. It’s about preparation. It’s about belief. And it’s about having the right blueprint to guide you there.
Kris Robertson doesn’t just coach athletes. He builds heroes of their own story.
